- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 5 cups / 5 oz fresh spinach
- 2 oranges, take zest from 1/2 an orange before peeling
- 3 scoops / 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Xylitol or equivalent sweetener to taste
