Low Carb Organic Butter Roasted Carrots
Mineral and vitamins need fat to get properly absorbed so when you combine a little bit of organic butter with your vegetables, the nutrients get absorbed more efficiently into the body. This is a great 4th of July low carb recipe with tons of high fiber.
- 2 cups of diagonally cut carrots, about 2 inches
- 1 tablespoon organic melted butter
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp of kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Pan cooking spray or another good choices for oil sprays are, Grapeseed Oil spray which is one of th best antioxidants you can give your body and of course and oil oil spray.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Combine all 5 ingredients on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray and then Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
