I have over 14 years of personal training and nutrition experience and have earned many of the top personal training certifications in biomechanics, fitness, physiology, nutrition and learning from the best trainers and coaches in the fitness, nutrition and personal training industry. And have been quoted in The New York Times, Men's Exercise, Cooking Light, Fit & Fab Living and several blogs.

We will do a combination of weights and high intensity cardio workouts. I want your workouts to maximize your fat loss and improve your performance in the least amount of time in the gym. I will also create a nutrition plan that you can follow, is straight forward and that gives you gives you the most energy and helps you lose the weight.

I will first focus on helping you find the motivation you need in order to reach your weight loss and fitness goals.  I will create a nutrition plan that will tell you exactly what it is you need to eat.  What foods will give you the most energy and help you lose weight.   We will create a three week meal plan that takes all the guessing out without feeling overwhelmed. I will also share a few tricks that have helped countless of my clients start feel better and start losing weight immediately. 

Our workouts will include new strength techniques that will push you but also motivate you. We will do a combination of weights and cardio workouts but in a fast pace. Why? We want our workouts to raise our metabolism, maximize your fat loss and improve your performance in the least amount of time in the gym.
